Following the recent announcement of Sam Confait’s secondment opportunity within the AFL National Team, an internal recruitment process was undertaken to fill the South East Region Manager role.
We are pleased to announce that Jen Taffs will be backfilling Sam’s role. Jen brings a valuable combination of national and state body experience, having worked across operations and game development functions in multiple sports. She has also been a high performer in her previous role as AFLVIC State Coaching Manager.
Throughout the recruitment process, Jen demonstrated a strong desire to expand her AFL industry experience, lead a larger team, and manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
