Following a thorough recruitment process for the AFL Victoria South East Regional Manager, we’re pleased to announce today that we have appointed Ben Cadd to the position, commencing Monday 25 May.
Ben has held senior leadership roles as Stadium Events Manager for Marvel Stadium, Host City Manager – Asia Cup with the Local Organising Committee and Senior Account Manager for Harry the Hirer, with a strong background in managing a diverse range of stakeholders, critical thinking and people leadership. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Ben became a Property Consultant for Impact Realty Group.
Ben is no stranger to the south east community football environment, having played junior & senior football in the region, represented Dandenong Stingrays in the TAC Cup & Frankston Dolphins in the VFL, Senior Coach of Pearcedale FNC and has held a variety of voluntary roles supporting his kids’ participation in junior football. These experiences have provided the platform for Ben’s passion for the game and region.
We look forward to welcoming Ben and his family, wife Bri and kids Lawson and Zali, to AFL Victoria and the south east football community, and supporting Ben with the opportunities that the south east region presents.
